Description:
Fermentation and maceration with skins for 25 days in stainless steel vats. Passage in French oak barrels of second passage for 12 months. 3 months in bottle before the release.
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red colour. Fruity nose of plums and cherry jam, with spicy notes of white pepper, sweet tobacco and licorice. Toasted hints of coffee and dark chocolate. Important body, but at the same time soft on the palate, pleasantly salty with firm and round tannins. Long and fruity aftertaste.
